Shipping International
For international orders, additional expenses associated with customs, VAT and import taxes are not included.
Shipping Domestic
At Nörska, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and service. To support our partners and streamline logistics, we offer free freight on all orders shipped within the United States and Canada. This includes standard ground shipping, with no freight charges added at checkout.
For customers located in Alaska and Hawaii, Nörska provides free freight to the carrier of your choice within the continental U.S.—typically to a freight forwarder in California or Washington. From that point forward, the customer or distributor is responsible for any additional freight charges.

This policy applies to standard ground shipping only.
VAT, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in our freight coverage. Customers in Canada may be responsible for these additional charges upon delivery.
If you have specific shipping needs or require expedited service, please contact our team—we’re happy to assist with a custom solution.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Alternative payment methods such as ACH or wire transfer can be arranged as needed based on project scope. For exceptionally large projects, deposits may be arranged.
Commercial accounts may apply for NET30 terms, which are subject to a credit application and approval process.
Returns
Each Nörska product is handcrafted and made to order, tailored specifically to your selections. As a result, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 50% restocking fee to account for the labor, materials, and customization involved. Additionally, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders may be canceled within 7 days of placement. After this window, production will have begun and the order becomes final. Canceled orders paid via credit card will incur a 5% transaction fee to cover non-refundable processing costs.
Pricing
We reserve the right to change any and all pricing at any time. We display and charge all prices in USD.
Lead Times
Lead times are an essential part in making high-quality, artisan-crafted, made-to-order products. You are investing in original designs made with pride, time-tested craftsmanship and no shortcuts. These designs take time, by ordering one of our pieces you agree to give us the necessary time required to craft your order to our distinguished standards. In return, we promise to go to the full extent of our ability in delivering our finest work within the quoted lead time. Our aim is to give you that “worth the wait” feeling once the product arrives.
Our current estimated Lead Time is 3-4 weeks.
The estimated lead time will begin once payment is received. Shipping transit time is applicable after the lead time has been completed.
Shipping & Deliveries
We ship orders from the Nörska Studio in Colorado Springs, CO. Domestic clients generally receive their orders within 3-5 business days via standard shipping, and 1-2 business days when expedited shipping is purchased. Due to the fact that these timelines are provided and fulfilled by the shipping carriers, Nörska cannot guarantee delivery within them. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to delays in shipping or delivery. Furthermore, Nörska is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Lost Packages
Nörska does not assume responsibility for lost packages. Customer Service must be notified within 30 days of the original ship date if a shipment is not received.
Shipping Restrictions
Nörska ships within the USA, US Territories and internationally. At this time there is no limitation to our shipping scope.
Uncollected Packages
In the event that packages go uncollected, Nörska will not be responsible for additional expense incurred for their replacement or return.
Installation
The costs associated with the installation, removal, or reinstallation of our fixtures are not covered by Nörska. To ensure a successful installation, Nörska recommends that fixture specifications and installation instructions are carefully reviewed; with a certified electrician being utilized for installation.
Damages
Inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Ensure all components are present and undamaged. Report damage within 15 days of receipt. Contact info@norskausa.com with your invoice number, tracking number, picture of the damage (in original packaging), and any other information concerning the damage. A claim may be denied if damage/defect reports are made after (15) fifteen days of receipt.
Damage caused by improper installation/assembly, incorrect use of bulbs and wires, improper cleaning, parts purchased separately from our fixtures, and client repair/restoration is not covered by our warranty.
Warranty
Nörska offers a three-year warranty, covering all electrical and/or manufacturing defects. If the designated use is changed, the original design is altered, or parts from different manufacturers are substituted or repurposed, the Nörska warranty will be voided. There is no warranty on consumables such as light bulbs (Non-bulb LEDs will be covered under the three year warranty). At their discretion, Nörska may repair or replace defective components or products.
Among the things that Nörska is not responsible for are:
The cost of installing, re-installing, or removing fixtures
Damage caused by improper assembly or installation by the customer or third-party.
The effects of exposure to elements or improper environments. Light fixtures that are hard-wired are intended for dry, indoor environments only.
-Any damage caused by improper cleaning techniques;
-Changes in appearance or patina as the result of natural wear.
Termination & Cancellation
In any event, Nörska reserves the right to terminate access to all or part of this site, refuse order processing and/or refuse service to anyone without notice or explanation.
