Make It Bespoke
With four integrated steps, we have honed our process for custom projects to be both holistic and efficient. It is our privilege to work with homeowners who have specific visions for their space as well as established design firms seeking to complete an aesthetic.
Tailored Process
After we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to discuss the details of your project via phone call and/or email, covering the scope of your project in depth. The visionary process can be furthered by using video teleconferences if necessary. As part of our service, we will assist you in identifying the features and attributes that are most important to you. Site details, including beams, slopes, or electrical requirements, should be discussed at this stage, as well as specific design styles, colors, and finishes desired. Our design specialists will invite you to share any photos, videos, drawings or other sources of inspiration you may have with them during this period.
Using your input, our skilled engineers will draft a structurally sound design that exceeds your expectations. You will soon see your ideas come to life as we present a 3D rendering of your custom fixture, along with pricing, timeline and specifications for your approval. At this point, last minute changes will be finalized allowing the project to begin production.
As soon as your final approval and purchase are received, we will begin crafting your bespoke, one-of-a-kind fixture. We have a talented team of artisans who will transform your vision into reality with exceptional skill and expertise. By applying time tested techniques, the wood will begin to take shape, specialized components will be crafted, and our Designers and Artisans will complete the final assembly in our Colorado Springs facility.
With your order complete, our team will apply the same level of care to the packaging of your piece as they did in crafting it. This will ensure a safe delivery both domestically and internationally, ready for an easy installation. Our fixtures ship in fitted packaging with every precaution taken to guarantee that an untampered condition is obtained upon delivery. Inside the packaging, you will also find a detailed installation guide. We are confident that our product will reach you in pristine condition, and with the highest quality of customer service.
Custom Design Request
We will work with you closely to create an original focal point that is perfectly suited to your space and vision. Our lead time for tailored projects is usually between 8 and 12 weeks though it is largely project dependent. Expedited service may be available depending on our studio’s current workload.
